Pipeline and revenue for every campaign, next to its spend

In short

Pipeline and revenue reporting is part of Pacing Console Enterprise. It reads deals from HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive, or from any other CRM by CSV or API, and shows for every Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaign the opportunities it created, pipeline value, average deal size, won revenue, new customers, win rate, pipeline-to-spend, ROAS and CAC. Each deal is credited to the campaign that first brought in the contact, and a period selector covers this month up to the last 12 months, so long B2B sales cycles are counted.

Plan: Enterprise: $1,500 USD a month, billed annually, with 10 users included, then $20 USD per extra user a month. Pro shows CRM lifecycle stage counts by campaign.

Pipeline and revenue reporting

How it works

  1. Connect the CRM

PlanConversion connects HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive with read-only credentials during Enterprise setup, or sets up a CSV or API feed for another CRM.

  2. Credit deals to campaigns

Each contact is matched to the campaign that first brought it in, and its deals, stages and amounts follow it.

  3. Pick the period

Choose this month, this quarter or up to the last 12 months, and read pipeline, revenue, ROAS and CAC next to spend for every campaign.

FAQ

Common questions

All features and pricing

Which plan includes pipeline and revenue reporting?

Enterprise only, at $1,500 USD a month billed annually with 10 users included, then $20 USD per extra user. Pro shows CRM lifecycle stage counts (MQL, SQL, opportunity, customer) by campaign.

How is a deal credited to a campaign?

To the campaign that first brought in the contact. Later deals from the same contact stay with that campaign.

Which CRMs work?

HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive have built-in read-only connections. Any other CRM, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Zoho, works by CSV or API.

How are ROAS and CAC calculated?

ROAS is won revenue divided by ad spend for the campaign over the selected period. CAC is ad spend divided by new customers. Pipeline-to-spend is pipeline value divided by ad spend.

Does Pacing Console write to our CRM?

No. Connections use read-only credentials.
